2025 NGU Fellows/Trustee Scholarship ApplicationLoading... North Greenville University (NGU) exists to cultivate transformational leaders for church and society. As part of that effort, NGU invests substantial funds towards students who have excelled academically and demonstrate potential to impact their culture. Qualified students are invited to apply and, if invited, will be competing for one or more of the scholarships listed below.NGU FELLOWS SCHOLARSHIP South Carolina residents who meet the requirements for the Palmetto Fellows Scholarship will be considered for the NGU Fellows Scholarship. The South Carolina Commission on Higher Education must identify eligible candidates. This scholarship will cover the full cost of tuition, room, and board. This scholarship will be comprised of federal, state, and institutional aid. The cost of books and fees will be the responsibility of the recipient. The NGU Fellows Scholarship is renewable for four years to students who maintain the requirements set forth by the Commission on Higher Education.TRUSTEE SCHOLARSHIP To be considered for the Trustee Scholarship, students must meet the following criteria. Candidates must have an overall grade point average of 3.8, and a minimum combined SAT score of 1300 on the critical reading and math portions, an ACT composite score of 28, or an 86 on the CLT. The scholarship will cover $18,000 of tuition for resident students and $9,000 of tuition for commuting students. Recipients of the Trustee Scholarship may be eligible to receive additional earned institutional aid (i.e., Athletic, Fine Arts, and departmental aid). The Office of Financial Aid will determine stackable institutional aid. The Trustee Scholarship is renewable for four years to students who maintain a grade point average of at least a 3.0 at the end of each academic year. Students applying for these Competitive Scholarships must apply by December 1, 2024. If invited to compete for a scholarship, students must attend NGU Scholars Weekend. Before completing this NGU Fellows/Trustee Scholarship application, we encourage reviewing the qualifications for the Kalos Scholarship. If you find that you better meet the Kalos criteria, you can complete and submit that application here. If you apply as a Kalos Scholar, there is no need to complete a second NGU Fellows/Trustee Scholarship Application.
